I like to give my grandchildren my camera at times to encourage their creativity. It gives their parents chill bumps but, after all, they learned to take photos one time, too. Now I don’t have a fancy camera, just a pocket sized Canon Powershot, so there’s no reason to stroke.
Below is an album created at our house by one of our three-year old granddaughters. It gives you an idea of what Granddaddy’s house looks like to a grandchild. She walked from the kitchen, to the toy box in the living room and ended up in the dining room. My favorite is the one in the kitchen of the cookie jar. Notice there’s a chair in the foreground, just perfect for climbing for a three year-old and her little sister.
