Jeremiah Eighteen: The Potter and The Clay

There once was a potter with a reputation for creating flawless pottery, so beautiful that no others could compare.

The potters secret? He settled for nothing less than perfection – every time. However, not every piece that came from the potter’s wheel was formed correctly, or at times one cracked, chipped or warped while in the kiln.

When a piece was defective the skilled craftsman crushed it, took the clay and patiently remade it into something new.

He could do that. He was the Potter.
